• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and industry relationships.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across relevant markets.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand client needs and project goals.
• Develop and nurture high-value opportunities throughout longer sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to progress qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices.

• Significant experience in B2B business development or consultative sales.
• An established professional network and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience developing complex, high-value sales opportunities and managing longer sales cycles.
• Experience in a project-based industry such as construction, design and build, leisure, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
• A collaborative, humble approach with an interest in mentoring others.

• Onsite in Gahanna, OH, 5 days a week.
