Job Description:

THE ROLE

• We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Event Program Coordinator tsupport the planning and delivery of embedded customers, partners, industry, and internal events.
• In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, speakers, and event staff tcoordinate event logistics, communications, content, and onsite execution.
• You will help translate event objectives intdetailed project plans and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and ta high standard.
• This is a hands-on contract position for someone whenjoys managing details, solving problems, and creating well-organized event experiences in a fast-paced, global technology environment.

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but you alsunderstand how individual tasks contribute tbroader events and business objectives.
• You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and take ownership of assigned projects.
• You are comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and time zones, adapting tchanging priorities, and resolving last-minute challenges calmly and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the outbound team tplan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Maintain event timelines, project trackers, checklists, run-of-show documents, and action items.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, speakers, venues, and event staff tensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communications, venue requirements, audiovisual support, catering, signage, shipping, staffing, and onsite setup.
• Support the development and review of event materials, including invitations, agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate speaker schedules, presentation submissions, rehearsals, customer meetings, and staff on site assignments.
• Provide onsite support for registration, attendee assistance, vendor coordination, session management, and issue resolution.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation.
• Collect event results and feedback, support post-event reporting, and document recommendations for future programs.
• Travel up t30% tsupport event setup, onsite execution, and post-event activities.
