Carlton Shores Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Scheduler to join our wonderful team!

As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our rehabilitation centers run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating schedules for patients, therapists, and medical staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Scheduling appointments and treatments for patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences
- Managing patient waitlists and ensuring timely communication with patients and families
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Must have a CNA license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling software
