Senior Director, Origination - Insurance Capital Markets

Our elite global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Director, Origination to lead new business origination, develop and maintain existing and new client relationships and drive long-term revenue growth with C-level finance, treasury and capital markets leaders across the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new business origination, develop and maintain existing and new client relationships and drive long-term revenue growth with C-level finance, treasury and capital markets leaders across the insurance industry
• Collaborate with US and global relationship managers and other key stakeholders to execute a cohesive marketing strategy and support cross-border opportunities
• Develop relationships and perform pipeline management that results in recurring revenue with existing clients and prospective customers
• Promote the firm's market capabilities and educate clients and prospective clients on the firm's competitive advantages and value-added positions
• Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry analysis
• Assist with developing marketing materials, client presentations and pitchbooks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of business development, relationship management or insurance credit markets experience at an insurance company, insurance broker or insurance focused investment bank debt capital markets
• Broad knowledge of insurance sub-sectors - property & casualty, life, health and insurance-linked securities
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships across the broad insurance ecosystem
• Well developed relationship building and account management experience
• Fundamental knowledge of the investment grade and high yield corporate debt market
• Demonstrated ability to development, maintain and growth revenue generating relationships
• Limited travel required
