Senior Business Analyst – CDM & Capital Markets(Only w2)
Location: New York City, NY(Onsite)
Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze capital markets products, trading processes, and trade lifecycle workflows.
- Support Common Domain Model (CDM) implementation, data mapping, and standardization.
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and data quality validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, risk, and compliance teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
- Ensure data governance and regulatory requirements are addressed.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and trade lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of CDM, data mapping, and data analysis.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of derivatives, securities, and post-trade processing.
- Familiarity with financial data standards and regulatory requirements.
