Senior Manager, Immunology Account Executive - South Central Region

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager for Immunology Account Executives to lead a regional sales team across the South Central United States. The role involves managing field staff, developing business strategy, and driving performance across immunology accounts including health systems and specialty pharmacies.
Responsibilities
- Develop skill development plans and provide coaching to regional Immunology Account Executive team members
- Analyze regional business opportunities and drive performance against assigned product goals
- Lead business strategy integration, sales training needs assessment, and key account management execution
- Monitor sales data using CURO and other tools to assess performance trends and create strategic selling initiatives
- Establish relationships with prioritized customer accounts to advance organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced analytical, coaching, and people leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to develop and execute plans in complex business environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
- Large account and KAM/matrix team experience preferred
