Mail Services Supervisor

The Mail Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily mailroom operations and ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. This role manages mail-related services, including printing, sorting, stuffing, and distribution, while maintaining office supply inventory and supporting workplace operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating conference room resets, monitoring administrative processes, and providing general operational support to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily mail processing activities, including printing, sorting, and stuffing mail.
• Manage mailroom operations and ensure timely delivery and distribution services.
• Coordinate conference room resets and workspace readiness.
• Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for office functions.
• Ensure a high level of organization, efficiency, and customer service within mail and office services operations.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in mail services, office services, facilities support, or administrative operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or mail services management.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer functions.
• General computer skills.

Work Environment

The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This is an in-person role with no remote work option. The position provides coverage for an employee on leave with potential for longer-term opportunities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
