Experience: Prior outpatient and outreach care experience preferred

Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and clinic settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, and social workers
• Deliver outreach services approximately 6 days per month in rural clinics in Lamar and Trinidad, CO
• Travel 2-3 hours to rural outreach locations, supporting underserved populations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered programs
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all documentation and communication
• Share limited call responsibilities within the practice
• Engage in clinical growth opportunities within a supportive health system

What You Need

Required:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Valid medical license to practice in Colorado
• Strong commitment to equitable, patient-centered care
• Passion for rural medicine and outreach work

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient oncology practice and outreach settings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
