Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting customers, and creating new business opportunities?
I'm recruiting for a confidential outside sales representative opportunity with a rapidly growing waste and recycling company in the Baltimore area.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business and build long-term customer relationships
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Manage and grow an active sales territory
- Meet with customers on-site to understand their needs
- Provide customized waste and recycling solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow through from prospect to close
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Motivated by building relationships and winning new business
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, networking, and face-to-face sales
- Self-driven and organized with strong territory-management skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
- Eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
Waste or recycling industry experience is a plus but NOT required. The company is open to a motivated sales professional with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in a growing industry.
