Fine Dining Managers – All Levels

Capital Restaurant Resources is seeking accomplished fine dining hospitality professionals for management opportunities with several highly regarded restaurant groups in the Washington, D.C. market.

We welcome candidates at multiple levels, including:

• Floor Managers
• Beverage Managers
• Assistant General Managers
• General Managers

These opportunities are specifically intended for professionals who have developed their experience in nationally recognized, award-caliber restaurants . Qualified candidates must have management experience within concepts recognized by organizations or rating systems such as:

• The Michelin Guide
• James Beard Foundation
• AAA Five Diamond
• Forbes Travel Guide
• Relais & Châteaux
• Wine Spectator
• Similar nationally respected fine dining institutions

This level of experience is required. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in casual dining, high-volume nightlife, fast-casual concepts, or restaurants without comparable fine dining recognition will not be the right match for these particular opportunities.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A genuine understanding of refined, detail-driven hospitality
• Experience leading polished and knowledgeable service teams
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and sequence of service
• Confidence handling discerning guests and high-touch experiences
• The ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Working knowledge of labor management, inventory, cost controls, and restaurant systems
• A collaborative leadership style and a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards

For beverage-focused positions, advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail programs, purchasing, inventory, and beverage cost management is strongly preferred. Relevant certifications are welcomed but not required unless specified for an individual opportunity.
