Senior BDR - Global Growth & Strategic Partnerships

Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative / Senior BDR to join their growing team and play a key role in their continued expansion. In this position, you will partner closely with the Business Development team to identify, qualify, and build relationships with clients across the globe. This team is responsible for uncovering new users within existing and prospective accounts, expanding relationships, and supporting broader business initiatives alongside the research team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building strong client relationships with leading investment management firms and consultancies. Key Responsibilities Clearly articulate our client’s value proposition across its full suite of research and insight services Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for new users, account expansion, and upselling Generate leads and connect with prospects through strong written and verbal communication Drive engagement from initial outreach through the sales process, securing introductory meetings and advancing opportunities Develop and execute prospecting and user acquisition strategies Support broader business development efforts based on team needs, experience level, and seniority Qualifications Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Finance or Economics background preferred 1–4 years of professional sales or business development experience Proven success in a sales environment, ideally within a competitive landscape Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly Experience working with or selling into financial institutions or consulting firms is highly preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and adapting quickly Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a high-growth setting Positive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Why Join Our Client Our client offers a dynamic, high-performance environment where ambitious professionals can grow quickly and make an impact from day one.
