Location: Natomas, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Natomas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Process orders, updates, and other customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
