Patient Services Representative II

VirtualVocations

Handling over 100 calls daily, the full-time Patient Services Representative II will assist with scheduling appointments and taking detailed messages according to provider protocols while working remotely and managing multiple priorities. Key responsibilities: Assist patients with scheduling office, lab, and nurse appointments Take detailed messages based on provider protocols and determine urgency of matters Maintain effective relationships with patients and healthcare staff while addressing customer issues Required qualifications: High school diploma required Prior call center or front desk experience preferred In-depth knowledge of insurance processes preferred Ability to use personal computers and relevant software applications Exceptional customer service skills with independent thinking and sound judgment
