Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Float Pool) – Iowa

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; Every other weekend and every other holiday required

• Float pool position with exposure to multiple specialties including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry

• Predictable night shift schedule with EOW/EOH rotation
• 24-hour non-billable orientation waived for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Med-Surg experience required with demonstrated ability to adapt to multiple unit types
• Willingness to float to various medical-surgical specialties and multiple campus locations
• Strong clinical assessment and time management skills in acute care settings
• Flexibility to travel up to 10 miles between campus locations as assigned
