General Labor – Production

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for reliable and hardworking  General Laborers to join our production team. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on  general cleanup and material handling in a foam/insulation manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, and able to work in a  hot, dusty production environment .

• Clean and maintain production areas throughout the shift
• Sweep and remove foam dust and debris
• Stake and organize foam products
• Stack rejected products
• Palletize products
• Wrap and secure pallets
• Organize and move materials as needed
• Assist with general production and cleanup duties
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

This is a very dusty and hot work environment. Employees will work around foam/insulation materials, and the job can involve exposure to dust and particles that may get on the skin and clothing and can cause  itchiness or irritation .

Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and following all required safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience
