Primary Function of Organizational Unit To develop students within the Master’s of Business Administration program. These may include but are not limited to AI, business analytics, or leadership. A professional certification or significant current experience may be acceptable in some cases. Normal Work Schedule Online classes – weekdays and evenings Office hours on Zoom (2 hours a week) Department Required Skills Adhere to the mission of the University and College. Be able to effectively teach assigned classes, grade assignments, provide timely student feedback, and post grades adhering to university deadlines and policies. have the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and diverse populations. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education Practical experience in a business setting. Demonstrated classroom management skills and effective interactions with students, faculty, staff, and administration. A doctoral degree in the relevant, or similar, field. Adequately prepare all course materials and lessons. Provide each student with clear course expectations, evaluations, timelines, and an approved syllabus. Provide engaging and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes. Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect. Complete grade books, mid-term and final grade submission, learning assessments and final exam assessments on a timely basis. Respond to student questions on a timely basis. Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus.
