We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to service a warehouse facility. This position involves operating an auto scrubber and collecting cardboard and recyclables for bale processing. This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.Job DutiesOperate ride-on or walk-behind auto scrubber to clean warehouse floorsDust mop and maintain large open floor areasCollect cardboard, plastic, and wood debris throughout facilityTransport recyclables to compactor or baler areaAssist with bale processing (cardboard/plastic)Empty trash and maintain clean dock areasFollow safety guidelines and PPE requirementsComplete required scanning or reporting procedures (if applicable)Work effectively with other team members.Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.QualificationsExperience operating auto scrubber preferred (training available for the right candidate)Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.Must care about quality.Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.Must be reliable.Able to lift 35 lbs.Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.Must have valid driver's licenseCompensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourOffice Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.Built on a foundation of strong core values and a commitment to service excellence, our goals are to provide total customer satisfaction and a rewarding work environment for team members.You will be applying for a job with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchised business and not with Faith Franchising Company, Inc., the franchisor of the Office Pride system, or any of its affiliates.
