Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with a diverse range of patients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and life circumstances.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, both individually and in group settings, to support patients in their mental health journeys.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists by referring clients for supplemental services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

Our clients range in age and background, typically encompassing individuals and families navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. As an LMFT, you will work closely with patients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a requirement for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
