The Details:

Well known leading Technology Company is expanding its' customer-facing presence in Augusta to offer new and enhanced services.  Rare opportunity to join this Augusta-based corporation that has been in business for more than 30 years. Seeking a talented, high-energy professional to join this highly successful team.  Ideal for an experienced customer support representative or inside sales representative who thrives on positive interactions with customers by phone or via written communication.  You will perform outbound calls and emails to potential customers and gather details, schedule meetings, coordinate follow-up technical and sales calls, maintain customer information database, and manage a follow-up process.  If your phone personality is your SUPERPOWER- this job is for you!!  

The Qualifications:

High energy, outstanding communications skills to engage customers via phone and written interaction.

Confident in sales ability and consistently maintaining a high level of outbound call activity.

Outstanding ability to listen to potential customers and determine if they are a strong potential fit for the services offered.

Capable of executing a structured sales process and utilizing technology tools to maximize business development efforts and maintaining a database.

Preferred, but not required:  Experience making outbound sales calls in technology, communications, phones systems or related industry.

The Compensation:

Highly competitive base salary and generous commission structure allow for strong earnings during the first year in the role.  Additional bonus multipliers further reward top performance.
