Key Responsibilities For The Senior Financial Analyst Perform month-end, half-year, and year-end accounting and reporting activities. Support corporate consolidations, account reconciliations, journal entry reviews, and financial analysis. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Coordinate corporate cost allocations, recharge processes, and cross-functional finance initiatives. Evaluate internal controls and support remediation efforts when needed. Contribute to financial reporting system migrations, special projects, and executive reporting. Qualifications For The Senior Financial Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred. 4–6 years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience. Manufacturing industry experience is required. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
