Recognised now as a market leader in this field we cover all staffing from design and development to construction, operations & maintenance. ersg works with major international companies through to smaller independent businesses to enable their projects to be facilitated effectively throughout the entire project life cycle.

Headquartered in London we have grown from 5 staff in 2008 to over 200 to date; opening offices across Europe, North America and Asia.

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify new leads within your industry vertical via cold calling, networking and market mapping
\n
• Pitch ERSG’s staffing services to hiring managers/decision makers
\n
• Negotiate commercial terms of business, including permanent fees and contract margins (depending on your vertical)
\n
• Manage client accounts
\n
• Attend industry events and conferences
\n
• Grow and manage a team of delivery consultants, account managers and 360 consultants
\n

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery

\n
• Headhunt niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal database and referrals
\n
• Screen candidates to assess their technical ability and compliance
\n
• Manage the interview lifecycle including prepping candidates, scheduling interviews and delivering feedback
\n
• Negotiate job offers and manage any counteroffer scenarios to secure successful placements
\n
• Build talent pools within your specific vertical
\n

About you:

\n
• Experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role is desirable
\n
• A proven history of billing successfully against KPI’s
\n
• Tenacious and resilient, not phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft office
\n
• Outgoing and friendly personality
\n
