Job Title: Assembler Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing team as an Assembler. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the assembly, installation, and testing of mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools. Ideal candidates have experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components following work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Perform basic wiring, installation, and component integration as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues during the assembly process.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Experience working on vehicles, engines, equipment, or machinery.
• Familiarity with wiring, installation, or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required throughout the shift.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, non–climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Olathe, Kansas. Standard hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The environment involves regular use of hand and power tools, working around engines, machines, and generator sets, and following established safety procedures and assembly standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OLATHE, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in OLATHE,KS.
