Device Support Specialist (DSS)

Location: Sacramento, CA, US

What You'll Do:

• Deliver patient-forward care by educating and supporting patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy
• Conduct in-home, virtual, and occasional clinic visits to train patients, collect data, and troubleshoot equipment
• Manage your territory independently, including scheduling, travel, and follow-up care
• Partner with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to support patient and provider needs
• Complete required documentation, training, and administrative tasks accurately and on time

About You:

• Associate's degree with 2–3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience
• Experience in oncology, clinical care, or a patient-facing healthcare role strongly preferred
• Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently in the field
• Comfort with frequent travel (~60-75%), including overnight stays and air travel
• Valid driver's license, basic technical proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

What We Offer:

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $66,304 - $70,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.

We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles. Employees are asked to be in the office three days per week.
