Be the Best Regional VP Operations, Home Health You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! 10-15 years of management experience-multi site required 7-10 years in healthcare experience, preferably on a large geographic scale Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Nursing or equivalent experience required Experience with Medicare and Medicaid required Responsibilities: Responsible for the financial oversight of the region, including analysis of financial statements and activity reports to ensure the business objectives are met. Implements and manages operational and revenue budgets while creating strategic plans to maximize profitability, market share, and the efficient use of capitol. Delivers effective and consistent leadership and support to locations within his/her assigned area of responsibility by communicating the organizations’ goals, priorities, and professional standards with the team that meet or exceed company objectives. Work closely with operational management to innovate and carry out plans of correction as needed while encouraging his/her branch employee’s adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
