Vice President, Regional Branch Manager

Field Leader – Northeast United States Lead with purpose and unlock your team’s passion. As a Field Leader, you will support independent financial advisors at LPL across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, driving profitability and advisers’ success for a growing region of multiple branches. Responsibilities Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth plans while maintaining high retention and satisfaction. Support the recruitment of advisors by communicating LPL’s mission and vision. Assist with the transition of new teams to LPL operations. Build and maintain strong advisor relationships, balancing relationship depth with model profitability. Qualifications Required: 7+ years of branch experience as a manager, operations, or administration. Bachelor’s degree. Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses. 10+ years of financial services experience. Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed. Core Competencies: Strategic Agility – entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking to create market advantages. Preferences: Experience managing a branch, home office, or multiple offices. Track record of recruiting and integrating advisors into a new firm. Strong wealth‑management knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presence. Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and execution focus. Compensation & Benefits Target compensation $300,000–$350,000.
