A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a President to lead both business growth and day-to-day operations. This executive will drive strategic expansion into aerospace, defense, automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial markets while overseeing operational performance across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and direct oversight of Operations, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, Sales, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and market diversification
• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across a high-volume CNC machining environment
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives focused on EBITDA improvement
• Oversee production, inventory control, capital utilization, quality, and safety
• Strengthen operational and financial discipline throughout the organization
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams and production staff
• Improve cost controls, efficiency, and working capital management
• Maintain strong customer and industry relationships
• Collaborate with ownership on long-term strategic planning

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience within manufacturing operations
• Background in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, or related industries preferred
• Experience growing a business in aerospace, defense, automotive, or industrial sectors
• Strong operational leadership and business development capabilities
• Previous full P&L responsibility required
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and quality management systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operations

Preferred Experience

• AS9100 or NADCAP manufacturing environments
• Multi-site or high-volume manufacturing leadership
• Cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement initiatives
• Customer diversification and strategic growth execution
