Grayson Search Partners is partnering with a great company in Romeoville, IL to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced AR professional who has a strong background working in a high-volume environment and is looking for a position with long-term potential. The company is looking to move quickly, making this a time-sensitive opportunity for someone who is available to start soon.
What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of accounts receivable activity
- Process payments and cash applications
- Handle account reconciliations and research discrepancies
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with collections and aging reports
- Review and process invoices
- Research and resolve billing and payment issues
- Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payments
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve AR-related issues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong experience working in a high-volume AR environment
- Experience with cash applications, reconciliations, collections, and invoicing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $27-$31 hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Fully on-site in Romeoville, IL
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement
- Benefits available through Grayson Search Partners while on temporary assignment
