Ensure information is accurate and complete with supporting documentation is on fileMaintain accurate and orderly customer records and filesProcess manual invoices as necessaryReview processed invoices for accuracy and enter debit and/or credit memos as approved.Apply customer payments timelyReconcile customer payments vs customer invoices and investigate variancesResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies to identify root cause for corrective actionMonitor customer's ageing reports consistently for trends and variances needing resolutionDocument collection status and activity on outstanding customer invoicesKey Competencies:Detail orientedAbility to follow-through on tasks and objectivesStrong organizational skills and communication skillsProactive and solutions-orientedAbility to work harmoniously and effectively with othersQualifications:Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP systems preferredProficiency with Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of invoice generation, invoice collection, and customer management best practicesEqual Opportunity Employer: Optimas OE Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
