Overview Cal.com is looking for someone obsessed with content, distribution, and figuring out what actually spreads. If you spend your free time deep in TikTok, X, or YouTube, have strong instincts for what makes people stop scrolling, and naturally think in hooks and formats, this role is for you. This role is based in New York City, with an in-office preference and flexibility for hybrid work. You’ll work closely with founders and growth, and have real ownership over how Cal.com shows up on the internet. Responsibilities Run and grow Cal.com’s social accounts across X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Create and ship short-form content consistently, turning product, ideas, and moments into posts Build and manage a network of UGC creators, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and feedback Develop and iterate on content formats based on what actually performs Track performance across platforms and double down on what drives views, engagement, and signups Experiment with new formats, trends, and distribution strategies Stay close to how platforms, algorithms, and creator behavior are shifting Turn social into a measurable growth channel, not just a brand surface Qualifications Strong instincts for hooks, formats, and internet-native storytelling Comfortable being both the person creating content and the person directing others Organized and self‑directed; can manage multiple creators and content streams without hand‑holding Comfortable with data; can look at performance and decide what to do next Familiarity with TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube from a content or growth perspective You care about what spreads, not just what looks good Use AI tools in your workflow and look for ways to move faster You’ve made things on the internet and understand what performs and why Benefits & Compensation $100k–$140k base + performance bonus + equity.
