Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique experiences, histories, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to respect and integrate patients’ cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate access to necessary resources and treatment.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and skills for recovery.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case conferences, team meetings, and training on cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with two or more years of experience in outpatient mental health settings are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
