Great team Loyal clients Fantastic reputation Job Details What You’ll Do Manage a docket of business and commercial litigation matters from inception through settlement, mediation, dispositive motions, and trial prep Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, and prepare pleadings, written discovery, and subpoenas Take and defend depositions, coordinate expert discovery, and manage fact development Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused advice to clients Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and conferences in Florida state and federal courts Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align litigation strategy with business goals What We’re Looking For Florida Bar admission in good standing (required) At least 3 years of business/commercial litigation experience (required) Strong writing skills with experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement communications Deposition experience (taking and defending) and comfort handling hearings Experience in Florida state court practice; federal court experience is a plus Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities with minimal oversight Professional, client-ready communication style and sound judgment Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) Experience with breach of contract, partnership/shareholder disputes, business torts, and/or injunctions Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation experience Exposure to arbitration and mediation strategy What You’ll Get Competitive compensation package Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility Supportive team environment with room for growth Flexibility for hybrid/remote options depending on business needs and location Interested in hearing more?
