Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay: 24-25/hr
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics organization. This role is ideal for someone with prior AP experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and can quickly process invoices while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices and payments, approximately 100 invoices every 60–90 minutes
- Review and match invoices against pricing and supporting documentation
- Process AP invoices related to fuel, transportation, and additional charges
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded, processed, and paid in a timely manner
- Research discrepancies and ask questions when clarification is needed
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing competing priorities
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas
- Comfortable asking questions and communicating with others to resolve issues
- Transportation/logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Milo and OnBase is a plus, but not required
