Location: Broomfield, CO, USA / Brooklyn Park, MN, USA

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support, maintenance, and incident resolution for SAP S4/HANA systems through help desk systems.
• Perform SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and administration across ERP modules supporting back-office workflows.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system access controls.
• Handle configuration changes, ticket resolution, and project-related tasks in SAP environments.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment across multiple environments.
• Support SAP enhancements, feature activations, implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with SAP CAS teams, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders for cross-functional improvements.
• Ensure compliance with audit and change control policies.
• Maintain SAP application servers, ensuring performance, patch updates, and system stability.
• Support backup and disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and improve ERP processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S4/HANA support, administration, or implementation.
• Strong experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP workflows, ERP systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to manage tickets, incidents, and structured support processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP FICO, MM, Security Architecture, and Manufacturing modules.
• Familiarity with AP Automation, CPGRC, and Glasswing systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise IT environments.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range: $87,000 to $108,000 per year.
