Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? E3 XPS is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Project Management team. E3 XPS is a national leader in face-to-face marketing and trade show exhibits. We partner with companies across the country to design, produce, and execute brand experiences that make an impact on the show floor. Our Project Coordinators help make those experiences happen. What You'll Do You will manage the progression of trade show exhibit projects from the point of sale through design, production, preparation, and deployment. Every day is different. You may be coordinating graphics, managing a production timeline, communicating with a client, sourcing exhibit components, or working with internal teams to make sure an exhibit arrives at the show correctly and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating with our Sales, Design, Production, and Service teams Creating and managing detailed project timelines around firm show deadlines Managing 25 or more active projects in different stages of development Communicating directly with clients through email, phone, video meetings, and in-person meetings Procuring exhibit hardware, graphics, and project materials from multiple vendors Researching products, generating purchase orders, placing orders, and verifying received items Identifying potential issues early and taking ownership of the solution Using Smartsheet, proprietary online catalogs, and other project management systems Helping ensure every client's exhibit is complete, accurate, and ready for the show floor Who Will Succeed in This Role? You may be a strong fit if you: Have at least 1-2 years of project management, project coordination, logistics, event, construction, or related experience Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Communicate professionally and confidently with clients and coworkers Remain calm and solutions-focused when deadlines are approaching Enjoy working across several departments to move projects forward Take pride in getting the details right Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team Most importantly, you should want to live the E3 XPS core values: Take Ownership.
