Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage and maintain the scheduling of meetings and appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
