Account Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT account management, business development, sales, and client relationship management . Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and expand IT services within existing and new customer accounts.
• Build proposals and align solutions with customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to provide additional services and solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and account growth activities.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and business updates.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for service delivery.
• Support team expansion and technical project initiatives at client locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through account farming.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Account Expansion.
• Strong experience working directly with clients and executive leadership.
• Experience managing customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and ownership.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams using email, chat, and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Japanese-English bilingual skills are highly preferred.
