Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home while contributing significantly to the mental health landscape. Utilizing a robust telehealth platform, you will conduct sessions over video calls, ensuring that clients receive accessible and effective counseling services. Our team environment fosters collaboration and communication, where professionals regularly engage in case discussions and share insights. While standard hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and intake forms to gather critical information.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with therapeutic goals, ensuring each plan adheres to best practice standards.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, adapting techniques to best suit the client’s specific circumstances and preferences.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on treatment strategies, case reviews, and support initiatives that enhance client care and safety.

• Maintain thorough, confidential client records, documenting all interactions and treatment updates in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, including training sessions, clinical supervision, and case conferences, to stay current with mental health trends and practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
