Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Position Overview Mid‑Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) (Level 3) on the MQ‑25 Program, located in Hazelwood, Missouri, reporting to the MQ‑25 IP&S Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross‑functional environment, and utilize problem‑solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. Position Responsibilities Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. Assists with the development of program plans, and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules. Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity. Identifies and reports performance variances. Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan, and schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling products. Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline. Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Location & Shift 100% onsite at Hazelwood, Missouri. 1st shift. Export Control Requirements This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15/120.62 is required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, business operations, and/or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives. 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc. Travel Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
