Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and mental health status, identifying key factors that affect their recovery. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues. \n Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients. \n Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care and continuity of services. \n Engage and educate clients' families to encourage supportive involvement in the recovery process. \n Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while adhering to all regulatory compliance requirements. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be working with individuals dealing with substance abuse disorders.
