Work Environment\n This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that meets virtually and coordinates through advanced telehealth platforms. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life framework. Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality therapy to clients through both individual and group sessions, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client’s needs. \n Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to create and modify treatment plans based on the clients’ progress and feedback. \n Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations, for the protection of client information. \n Develop and implement personalized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices, and conduct follow-up sessions that ensure progress and ongoing support. \n Engage in community outreach activities and represent Better Way Behavioral Health at local events to raise awareness and expand our client base. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with a diverse client demographic that includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health issues. You will utilize culturally competent practices to provide inclusive care that respects and acknowledges each client's unique background and experiences, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relatable. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. \n At least two years of experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with telehealth practices and virtual therapy tools, ensuring effective client engagement in a remote setting. \n Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and the ability to manage emergency situations effectively. \n Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, enhancing treatment efficacy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
