Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with a diverse client population who face challenges related to substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. Our clients often come from varied backgrounds and experiences, requiring therapists to maintain cultural sensitivity and adaptability in their therapeutic approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, free from any restrictions, suspensions, or probations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position and the value placed on the therapists in our organization.
