The Role
This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You'll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive.
VisioLab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach
- Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and brands
- Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end - from first touch to signed contract
- Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion
- Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy
What You'll Bring
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Natural curiosity and a competitive edge - you want to win and you want to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, events
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven mindset
- Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three
- Resilience - you don't take rejection personally, you take it as data
