Onboarding Coordinator

Owning the new hire experience from offer acceptance through Day 1, the full-time hourly Onboarding Coordinator will manage candidate engagement, process coordination, and data management while working remotely to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment activities Coordinate and track onboarding activities, maintaining accurate documentation and addressing any issues that arise Facilitate the transition of new hires into training and operations, ensuring all onboarding requirements are met before Day 1 Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or similar administrative roles Demonstrated experience with ATS, HRIS, or onboarding platforms for tracking candidate information Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously Experience documenting processes and recommending improvements for efficiency High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
