Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize the telehealth platform to conduct individual therapy sessions, leveraging various communication tools such as video chats and audio messages to engage with clients effectively.

• Manage your client caseload, including scheduling appointments and employing your clinical expertise to make treatment decisions that prioritize patient well-being.

• Encourage client engagement through goal-setting and progress tracking, employing available digital resources to facilitate self-reflection and growth.

• Participate in ongoing consultation and peer support through our vast network of over 10,000 therapists, allowing for collaboration and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of adults presenting with low-acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, grief, and weight-related concerns. We focus exclusively on stable patients who are suitable for remote therapy, ensuring a more manageable, fulfilling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• A reliable internet connection and proficiency with technology required for virtual therapy sessions.

• A personal computer or laptop is essential as tablets are not supported.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, although not mandatory.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt techniques to the remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
