Work Environment\n

As a remote-based position with an outpatient focus, this role provides the flexibility of working from home while maintaining full-time hours. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You’ll engage with colleagues who share your commitment to mental health advocacy and enjoy a streamlined workflow supported by our advanced telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapeutic interventions while meticulously documenting progress notes, treatment reviews, and diagnoses according to clinic policy.

• Provide exceptional client service by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Embrace creativity in designing interventions that motivate clients to achieve their personal goals, using various therapeutic techniques suited to their unique situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a dynamic team, including case managers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay accountable for all session documentation and ensure adherence to our operational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom may face challenges due to previous trauma, addiction, or behavioral health issues. Our clinic’s diverse clientele requires sensitivity and adaptability, ensuring all services are delivered with respect for their cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
