Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to our clients' overall wellbeing. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients dealing with relational distress, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to integrate various therapeutic approaches and enhance the client experience.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic work will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
