About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Assessment and Implementation to lead the strategic oversight of new client engagements and major initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all activities are deeply rooted in an understanding of client goals, operational needs, and organizational readiness. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams in client assessments, aligning on KPIs. Drive the successful launch and scaling of new services and processes. Collaborate with Account Directors, Operations, and Commercial teams to build frameworks for client onboarding and continuous improvement. Develop repeatable methodologies to ensure excellence and consistency across all implementations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and success metrics tracking for implementation projects. Qualifications Minimum of 15–20 years of experience in operations, implementation, project management, or account leadership within marketing execution, creative services, or related industries. Strong background in leading client‑facing implementation projects, particularly with enterprise clients. Proven track record in workflow design, change management, and client enablement strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and success metrics tracking. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP certification a plus.
