Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver one-on-one individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Utilize our teletherapy platform effectively for virtual sessions to enhance accessibility for clients facing mobility or transport challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to uphold the highest quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals struggling with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. We serve a diverse population, including adolescents and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing processes, addressing their unique experiences, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to clinical practice.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a private practice setting and familiarity with telehealth delivery models is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in working with clients facing trauma-related issues or complex mental health diagnoses.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
