Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. In this role, you will deliver patient‐centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and policies.
• Provide safe, evidence‐based care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active RN license (Arizona or Compact State).
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire).
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical‐thinking skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast‐paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty nursing certification.
• Additional relevant clinical education or experience.
