Client Representative (Call Center Support)

Location: Tempe, AZ Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days Onsite Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion) Pay: 18.00/Hour

We are seeking Client Representatives to join a fast-paced, candidate support call center team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in helping job candidates successfully navigate the hiring process by providing exceptional support and removing barriers that may delay onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS
• Support candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments
• Resolve technical and process-related issues impacting candidate progression
• Escalate and manage candidate concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring processes

What We're Looking For?

• Strong customer service or call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling high-volume interactions with urgency and professionalism
• Experience with technical troubleshooting or systems support is a plus
• Ability to work independently while managing daily priorities from start to finish
